After being appointed Executive Director of the Clermont County Veterans' Service Commission, one of my responsibilities was reengineering the office operation in order to provide the best service possible for the 16,000 plus veterans in Clermont County. One key are that needed to be addressed was the lack of identity and continuity within the county.
We were operating under the radar and most veterans were not aware of the valuable service available to them.

Once ALK Design Studio became a part of the process, it was apparent ALK not only had the expertise to address our graphic needs, ALK demonstrated a true interest in our operation that established the synergies necessary to reinvent the departments' image. In other words, on ALK's own initiative, became a true member of the team by taking responsibility and ownership for the end product.

The new logo was introduced several months ago and has proven to be extremely successful. The logo is utilized for all printed and marketing materials including our billboards, which are located throughout the county. Our new logo, without question, is the key graphic component our commission needed and has served to make us a much higher profile department, which in turn has significantly increased our client base.

As we address the ongoing needs of the veterans, I'm confident ALK Design Studio will provide continued expertise and professionalism that will compliment our ever changing outreach efforts.
